The Philatelie Foundation in New York has published A Caribbean Neptuns by Robert G. Stone, a major study of maritime mail based on years of research. The author, a distinguished collector, writer and editor, has been most closely associated with France and colonies subjects. Fully titled A Caribbean Neptune: The Maritime Postal Communications of the Greater and Le
